This will be the second weekend of action against Crossrail hole plan. This will include the continuation of collecting signatures to the Khoodeelaar! statement of demands against Crossrail and also the following-up of latest inquiries and request for information about Crossrail hole Bill that have been received by Khoodeelaar! from members of the local community about what the ‘local ‘councillors were doing to undermine the local community, the role played so far by ‘leading’ ‘local’ councillor Abbas Uddin ‘Helal’ in BRINGING the Crossrail hole problem to the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 area. We shall also be distributing the graphic details of what the Tower Hamlets Council has been doing in the Council’s lying role as the key tout for the Big Business assault on the community in the East End of London .. We are able to confirm that ALL our intended defendants and their relevant offices have been put on notice that we shall take appropriate legal action as and when we decide the action/s concerned is/are the most appropriate relevant course of action. We can also confirm that anyone who is genuinely knowledgeable about and aware of the way the UK legal system operates [or does not operate] [will realise that the programme of legal action set out by Khoodeelaar! is not an ordinary scale, complexity or package of legal action. Nor is the depth of detail required . So, we are not about to start any of our intended actions unless and until in our view and on the evidence, the moment is the right one. We have constitutional, democratic and procedural legal and political and human rights and entitlements to make regular and appropriate references to the Khoodeelaar! legal action programme about and against and on any aspect of our camapgn in our continuing and campaigning defence of the community against the Crsosrail hole Bill attacks We can also confirm that all our intended defendants are aware and are expecting to be taken to court at some point unless they scrap the remainder [in the present 'CrossRail Bill'] of the Crossrail hoel threat against our community in the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 Area.Not a single one of the intended defendants in the Khoodeelaar! legal action programme has made any statement to us or to any third party to our knowledge so far [as at 1600 Hrs GMT Friday 15 December 2006 when THIS statement is being written] about any of our relevant statements about our intention to take the legal actions. Nor has any of them queried the grounds of the intended legal actions. Nor ahs any of the intended defendants or any of their agents ro representatives asked for clarification of any of the allegations that we have published against them so far.

This action may be initiated in a court or tribunal that is found to be the most appropriate for the inclusion as defendants of Christine Gilbert [who has been officially ‘rescued’ away from the Council but whose role as the chief liar for Crossrail among the officials involved in bringing the Crossrail hole problem on to the Eats End has to be fully demonstrated and accounted for.
